2023 General Membership Meeting

SLOCEA held the Annual General Membership Meeting on October 18, 2023 in conjunction with the regularly scheduled Board of Directors meeting.

The meeting was held at the Grange Hall in San Luis Obispo and was well attended by our members.

Many questions and subsequent discussions circled around the upcoming health care premium increases members are facing and actions SLOCEA has been taking to advocate on their behalf.

The Annual Report was presented to the membership, highlighting committee activities and progress over the past year, along with a membership report and labor representation overview.

Presentations were made by President Emily Landis, Directors Tim Faes, Norma Domingo and Angela McCormick, as well as by SLOCEA staff, Theresa Schultz, Brooke Daphne and Briana Dickey.

Additionally, new and incumbent members were confirmed and sworn in to their respective seats.
